At this time Traverse Health Clinic offers the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines, which are approved for ages 18 and up.
If you have questions about any of the COVID-19 vaccines, you can speak to a Munson Healthcare nurse from 7 am to 11 pm daily by calling the Munson Ask-a-Nurse line at 231-935-0951. Or you can call your primary care provider.

The Vaccine Finder website allows you to search for available vaccines near you, and filter your results by the manufacturer. Please note: only vaccine providers who have opted-in to the Vaccine Finder directory will appear in your results.
COVID-19 vaccine appointments are available at some CVS locations in Northern Michigan.
Rite-Aid pharmacies in our area are now scheduling COVID-19 vaccine appointments. You will need to complete the Rite Aid screening form for residents of Michigan, which you can find here.
COVID-19 vaccines are available at local Meijer pharmacies. You can walk in, or you can schedule your appointment here.
Family Fare pharmacy locations offering COVID-19 vaccines include the Chum's Corners store in Traverse City, as well as Family Fare stores in Bellaire, Mancelona, Kalkaska, Boyne City, Gaylord, Grayling, and Cadillac. GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT

BENZIE-LEELANAU DISTRICT HEALTH DEPARTMENT
The Benzie-Leelanau District Health Department is offering first or second dose appointments at the Suttons Bay Middle School Gymnasium on May 18th and 25th, as well as June 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd. On Thursday May 20th and 27th, as well as June 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th, first or second dose appointments are available at the Crystal Cafe in Benzonia. To schedule one of these vaccine appointments, click here.
DISTRICT 10 HEALTH DEPARTMENT
Anyone age 16 and older can now schedule a vaccine appointment online. You do not have to be a District 10 area resident. Walk-ins are welcome during 1st dose clinic days on Tuesdays. To schedule a vaccine appointment with the District 10 Health Department, click here.
Traverse City VA Clinic
The Traverse City VA Clinic is offering the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to veterans over 75 years old. If you meet this criteria, please call: (231) 932-9720.

Our behavioral health services and many of our medical appointments can be completed as "virtual" visits by phone or secure video conferencing. Think of it as a house call for the 21st Century.
- We have a universal masking policy.
- When you come to our facility, all our employees will be wearing surgical masks.
- All patients and visitors to our facility must also wear a surgical mask. If you need one, you will be given a mask to wear when you enter.
- Everyone coming into the Clinic – including patients, visitors, and staff – is screened for symptoms and possible exposure before entering the building.
- Please understand that you will have your temperature checked and will be asked questions about any physical symptoms you might have (including stomach/digestive issues), as well as whether you have been in close contact with someone else who has symptoms.
- Check-in and check-out desks are disinfected after each patient interaction.
- Thank you for your patience while our team wipes down the area.
- To ensure adequate social distancing in our exam rooms, we are limiting the number of people inside our facility.
- If possible, please come to your appointment by yourself.
- For our pediatric patients, we ask that only one parent/guardian accompany your child.
