Jason Schreiber, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides comprehensive, patient-centered care.
A Michigan native raised in Metro Detroit, Dr. Schreiber earned a BS in Biomedical Laboratory Diagnostics from Michigan State University (2014), his DO from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine—Carolinas (2019), and completed his family medicine residency at Munson Medical Center (2020–2023).
He has special interests in street outreach medicine, wound care, and wilderness medicine. Known for thoroughness and attentive listening, Dr. Schreiber is committed to delivering the highest-quality care to the patients of Traverse Health Clinic.
Outside clinic, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, fly fishing, and playing guitar.
