Through the Medication Access Program, nearly 500 patients a month receive life sustaining medications from pharmaceutical companies which the patients would not be able to obtain otherwise.  The service provided by this program saves lives as well as community health care dollars.  In order to be eligible for the program, patients must be enrolled in the Coalition Health Access Program (CHAP) and be a patient at the Traverse Health Clinic.
