Description of Services
Primary Care Clinic
This clinic is for routine health assessments, and treatment and ongoing health care for some chronic disease conditions. First time enrollees at the Clinic usually start in a Primary Care Clinic.
Dental Clinic
This clinic is an assessment clinic for specific problems such as a missing filling or broken tooth. You WILL NOT receive any dental treatment at this clinic. Your needs will be assessed and you will be referred to another dentist for care. You must have a CHAP card to be eligible for this clinic.
Diabetic Clinic
This clinic is for those persons with diabetes who are either insulin dependent or who have difficulty controlling their blood sugars. Persons with diabetes are referred to this clinic from the Primary Care Clinics.
STI (Sexually Transmitted Infection) Treatment (Anonymous)
This clinic is for the assessment and treatment for person showing signs of STI.
HIV Counseling and Testing (Anonymous)
HIV Testing for persons at risk for HIV infection, with same day results.
Walk-In Clinic
This clinic is for urgent health problems such as respiratory infections, sore throats, earaches, and many other conditions. These clinics are on a first come – first served basis with priority given to our established patients. Call the Clinic to find out if there is a time that is right for you.
Women’s Clinic
This clinic provides well woman care, pap smears, pelvic and breast exams, and access to mammograms for women who qualify.
