The Clinic operates as a regular primary care office (open 5 days a week) and provides a health care home to about 1,500 people.  The Clinic is staffed by an employed physician medical director, nurse practitioners, nurses and nonclinical persons as well as clinician and non-clinician volunteers.

Other services include a diabetic program; short term mental health counseling; and a medication access program that provides its patients with over a million dollars worth of free medications each year.
